Watch the Common Start Coalition 'Racial Equity & Child Care' Virtual Roundtable

On Wednesday, February 16, the Common Start Coalition held a roundtable discussion on racial equity and child care. Speakers discussed how our nation’s broken child care system is a driver of racial inequality, and how Black children, Black parents, and Black educators are especially harmed by the child care crisis. Parents, educators, providers, and experts also discussed how the passage of the Common Start bill would advance racial justice and equity in Massachusetts.
