Hello, my name is Alexandra Florez and I am Colombian and reside in Worcester. I am a licensed early educator and have been for the last seven years. I am pleased I've been trained in early childhood education, have some resources to serve families who work, and to work with children, with a lot of love, patience, integrity, and passion. I have three children and I know the challenges to find other educators who will love, value, and respect them.

I have an in-home family childcare program and for the last seven years, I've had a lot of experiences to grow to a new level, familial and emotional. I want to see the Dept. of EEC provide more financial resources to parents, and options to choose quality providers, and that way we as providers would be full all the time. I want the reimbursement rate to be the same for all ages 0-5 years old because the service required is the same. I am grateful for my work and offer these suggestions.
