I work with women in my church that don't have access to childcare. They have lost interest in education and school because they are prioritizing the kids. The are asking older ladies to help, like go wake up the kids in the morning and keep the babies so they can work sometimes, but most of the jobs are just a few hours and part-time because they need to be able to get back home.
