“I have worked with mostly under privileged children and their families for over 30 years. Working with young children has always been comfortable for me. Studies have shown, and I wholeheartedly believe them , that a child’s entire lifetime of learning begins with a solid foundation in the earliest years before 5 years old.

Our biggest challenges are the overwhelming tide of autism with a wide variety of learning and safety challenges that presents for teachers, families, and the children most of all. After that the biggest obstacles are fair compensation so we can attract and keep qualified educators in this critical field.”
