“I have worked in the childcare field for about 3 years now. I knew ever since I was younger that I loved working with children. I always felt that they brought me so much joy every day. I want to make a difference in children's lives and I love to help them grow and develop. I think a big problem that needs to be fixed is the pay that educators are receiving. Our jobs are so important and I believe many people do not see or understand that.

It would be so amazing to have an affordable and high-quality program because especially during this time, many people are staying home and many parents and others are struggling to home school or keep up with their students’ online learning. So to have something reliable would be so amazing.

After schools closed, it was hard to know what was going to happen, but I have just been trusting that things would work out. I am hoping everyone is able to stay safe, while also getting to educate their students.”
