“I've been in the Early Childhood field for almost 3 years now. I wanted to be an educator because all young children deserve to learn. At a young age, children's minds are like sponges. They are constantly learning and absorbing new information which is why it is important to have accessible and free childcare centers.

Due to COVID-19, half of my school year was cut off. We weren't able to see the children and help them learn.”
