“I have worked in the childcare field for 3 years now. I started working as an educator because I have wanted to become a teacher since I was in third grade and want to shape young minds of the future. The biggest obstacles I deal with are people not taking me seriously in the childcare field because I am only 17 years old but I go to a vocational and in the Early Childhood Education shop. Some problems with the system that need to be fixed are that children are not backed by the system and are so underappreciated.”
