I have worked in the child care field for 4 years now. I started working as an educator because I trusted myself in being the best teacher for young kids and It's the best opportunity for me to make kids learn the way all of us did. The problems that I deal with that needs to be fixed is how much you should really get paid when working at a daycare. I think that as a teacher assistant I don't get paid enough because of the struggles I go through during the day and how much I am teaching your class throughout the day. Us teachers do a lot for children that need the opportunity to learn.
